Support for Testing

If you like to test fit before purchase,t esting is available for following:

Warehouse visit at Muntinlupa, or
For Metro and supported cities*, we can deliver To-Door-Testing for ₱500 (to compensate rider's service and time).

To arrange testing, a barefoot measurement with 3 photos taken is required. click here for guide

Warehouse Testing Policy

Due to customer safety and operation concern, testing at warehouse requires advance booking with following protocol:

Booking at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to confirmation of availability.
Identification: present one (1) valid government-issued ID upon arrival
Dress Code: prohibits open-toe footwear, shorts, and sleeveless tops inside
Testing Duration: Limited to a maximum of 30 minutes per scheduled session.
Limited to a maximum of 3 items tested per visit per the waiver form(to be filled at warehouse).
Photography or Video Recording strictly prohibited; violations result in immediate termination of the session and removal from the premises.
Customers must remain strictly inside the designated product testing lounge.
Customers must handle items carefully, follow personnel instructions, and immediately report any suspected defects or damages to the assigned team leader.
